Passionfruit Mint

Passionfruit Mint is tart passionfruit with garden mint over our kombucha base. Tropical, cooling and very easy to drink, it is the one to reach for on a hot Singapore day, after a run or at the end of a long afternoon.

Tasting notes

• Nose: ripe passionfruit and fresh mint
• Palate: tart, tropical and juicy, with a cooling finish from the mint
• Finish: bright and refreshing

What’s in the bottle

Filtered water, black and oolong tea, organic cane sugar, our kombucha mother culture, with passionfruit and mint.

How to enjoy it

Serve over crushed ice with a sprig of mint. The tartness balances smoky and spicy food, so bring it to a barbecue or pair it with satay, grilled chicken wings or ayam penyet. It also makes a quick mojito-style mocktail: add lime wedges, mint and soda water.

Good to know

• Brewed in Singapore in small batches and fermented for 21 days.
• Raw and unpasteurised, so the live cultures are still in the bottle.
• Low in sugar: 1–3% sugar across our range, Nutri-Grade A–B.
• Naturally fizzy, with trace alcohol under 0.5% ABV and a little caffeine from the tea.
• Keep it chilled. We deliver cold. Store it in the fridge and enjoy it before the best-before date.
