What is kombucha?
Sweet tea that a living culture — the mother — has slowly turned into something bright, tart and fizzy. Ours is raised on black and oolong tea over about 21 days.
And jun?
Kombucha's gentler sister: green tea fed with raw honey instead of black tea and sugar. Lighter, drier, and rarer because it ferments slower.
How much sugar is in a bottle?
The mother eats most of it. Our range is rated Nutri-Grade A–B with 1–3% sugar remaining — under 4g per 100ml — and nothing sweetened after.
Is there alcohol or caffeine?
Trace alcohol, under 0.5% ABV, like kefir or ripe fruit. A little caffeine from the tea — less in jun, which uses green tea.
Is it vegan, gluten-free, halal?
Kombucha is vegan, gluten- and dairy-free with no artificial sweeteners. Jun uses raw honey, so it is vegetarian. Halal certification is in progress.
Why must it stay chilled?
It is unpasteurised and alive. Kept under 10°C it lasts six months; warm, the cultures keep working and the bottle gets fizzier and more sour.
Can I drink it if I am pregnant or unwell?
Kombucha is a food, not a medicine. If you are pregnant, immunocompromised or unsure, ask your doctor first. Jun contains honey — not for infants under one.
What is in the bottle?
Filtered water, tea, organic cane sugar (or raw honey for jun), our mother culture, and the real fruit, flower or root that names each flavour. Nothing else.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes — cases of 6 or 12 weekly or fortnightly, any mix of flavours, pausable any time. Subscribers save up to 15% and never pay delivery.

Cold from our fridge to yours.
Where & when
Island-wide in Singapore, chilled the whole way, twice a week. Order by Sunday for the Tuesday run, by Wednesday for Friday.
Cost
Free on cases of 12 and on every subscription box. Smaller orders pay a flat chilled-delivery fee at checkout.
On arrival
Straight into the fridge. Under 10°C the bottles keep for six months — check the best-before on the label.
Something wrong?
A leaking cap, a broken bottle or a flavour that isn't what you ordered — email a photo within 48 hours and we replace it on the next run, no questions.
