Lychee Rose

Lychee Rose layers sakura, lychee and rose over a green tea base. It is the gentlest bottle in our range: delicate, floral and only lightly sweet, for anyone who finds kombucha too sharp. Pretty in the glass and easy to love, it is a favourite for gatherings, gifts and afternoon tea.

Filtered water, green tea, organic cane sugar, lychee, rose and sakura powder, and our kombucha mother culture.

How to enjoy it

Serve well chilled in a wine glass to make the most of the aroma. Lychee Rose sits beautifully beside light, delicate food: sashimi, fresh salads, fruit tarts or an afternoon tea spread. For a simple mocktail, add a splash of soda water and a few fresh lychees.

Good to know

• Brewed in Singapore in small batches and fermented for 21 days.
• Raw and unpasteurised, so the live cultures are still in the bottle.
• Low in sugar: 1–3% sugar across our range, Nutri-Grade A–B.
• Naturally fizzy, with trace alcohol under 0.5% ABV and a little caffeine from the tea.
• Keep it chilled. We deliver cold. Store it in the fridge and enjoy it before the best-before date.
