Blue Pea & Lemongrass

Blue Pea & Lemongrass gets its violet colour from butterfly pea flower, a Southeast Asian favourite, not from any added colouring. Lemongrass keeps it bright, grassy and refreshing. Butterfly pea flower reacts to acidity, so add a squeeze of lime and watch the colour shift towards pink.

What’s in the bottle

Filtered water, black and oolong tea, organic cane sugar, our kombucha mother culture, with butterfly pea flower and lemongrass. No colouring is added: the violet is all flower.

How to enjoy it

Serve chilled in a clear glass so the colour shows. The herbal lift suits Peranakan and Thai flavours: laksa, otak-otak, tom yum or a green papaya salad. It is a showpiece at parties, so pour it at the table and add the lime in front of your guests.

• Brewed in Singapore in small batches and fermented for 21 days.
• Raw and unpasteurised, so the live cultures are still in the bottle.
• Low in sugar: 1–3% sugar across our range, Nutri-Grade A–B.
• Naturally fizzy, with trace alcohol under 0.5% ABV and a little caffeine from the tea.
• Keep it chilled. We deliver cold. Store it in the fridge and enjoy it before the best-before date.
