Our products
Aboocha sells kombucha and jun tea, brewed in Singapore. Our kombucha and jun tea are fermented beverages that contain trace alcohol from fermentation, at under 0.5% ABV, similar to other naturally fermented foods and drinks. Product descriptions, images, and information on our website are provided in good faith and for general guidance; we try to keep them accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that they are always error-free.
Pricing and order acceptance
Prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice. We take reasonable care to ensure prices and product information shown at checkout are accurate. If a pricing or product description error is discovered, whether before or after you place an order, we reserve the right to correct the error, and to cancel or amend the affected order; where an order is cancelled for this reason, any amount paid will be refunded in full. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order; a contract is formed only once we confirm that the order has been processed and dispatched for delivery.
Eligibility to purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to make the purchase (for example, if paying with a card, that it belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it).
Order cancellation
You may contact us to request cancellation or changes to an order before it has been dispatched for delivery. Once an order has been dispatched, it is subject to our Refund and Returns Policy. We reserve the right to cancel an order at our discretion, for example where a product is unexpectedly out of stock, where we suspect fraud, or where an error in pricing or description has occurred; in such cases we will notify you and refund any amount already paid for that order.

Delivery is currently available within Singapore only. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on delivery areas, cold-chain handling, and delivery timing.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to Aboocha and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use this content for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with browsing our website and purchasing our products. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aboocha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and other mandatory consumer protection legislation, whose statutory protections continue to apply in full.
