Raspberry & Lemon Jun

Raspberry & Lemon Jun layers sharp raspberry and soft lemon over our honey-fed green tea base. Fruity and bright, but still light and dry like all our jun, it is the flavour for brunches, picnics and sunny afternoons.

• Palate: bright berry sharpness, softened by lemon and honey
• Finish: crisp and fruity

What’s in the bottle

Filtered water, green tea, raw unpasteurised honey, our jun mother culture, with raspberry and lemon.

How to enjoy it

Serve well chilled. It is great with brunch dishes such as pancakes, French toast and fruit bowls, and with a cheese board. For a pink spritz, pour it over ice with a few frozen raspberries.

Good to know

• Brewed in Singapore in small batches, fermented cooler and slower than our kombucha.
• Raw and unpasteurised, so the live cultures are still in the bottle.
• Low in sugar: 1–3% sugar across our range, Nutri-Grade A–B.
• Naturally fizzy, with trace alcohol under 0.5% ABV and a little caffeine from the green tea.
• Made with honey, so it is not suitable for babies under 12 months.
• Keep it chilled. We deliver cold. Store it in the fridge and enjoy it before the best-before date.
