Bentong Ginger & Honey Jun

Bentong Ginger & Honey Jun brings Bentong ginger from Pahang, prized in the region for its warmth and aroma, together with raw honey over green tea. Warming, light-bodied and gently spiced, it is a soothing, grown-up sparkling drink for any time of day.

Filtered water, green tea, raw unpasteurised honey, our jun mother culture, with Bentong ginger from Pahang.

How to enjoy it

Serve chilled on its own, or over ice with a slice of lime. Ginger loves Chinese and Cantonese dishes, so pair it with dim sum, fish soup, steamed fish or a bowl of wonton noodles. It is also a lovely alternative to a ginger ale in a mocktail.

• Brewed in Singapore in small batches, fermented cooler and slower than our kombucha.
• Raw and unpasteurised, so the live cultures are still in the bottle.
• Low in sugar: 1–3% sugar across our range, Nutri-Grade A–B.
• Naturally fizzy, with trace alcohol under 0.5% ABV and a little caffeine from the green tea.
• Made with honey, so it is not suitable for babies under 12 months.
• Keep it chilled. We deliver cold. Store it in the fridge and enjoy it before the best-before date.
